Submit a request

Please note, we are only able to exchange individual items within collections where those products are also sold separately. We are not able to offer a refund in this instance, only an exchange can be offered. If exchanging part of a collection only the individual items you're exchanging need to be returned to us.

If the items are not sold separately, the full collection must be returned and a refund will be issued.
